Booking path

What you do. What we do. What happens on the day.

This is the sequence of a reservation — from search to drop-off. It is not the company story (that is About) and not a city list (that is Hubs).

The sequence

A booking has a before, a during, and an after.

Before travel you lock a route and a fare. We assign a licensed partner and pass the brief. On the day you follow the pickup instructions in the reservation. After drop-off the receipt stays on the booking.

Step by step

From search to the vehicle.

Nothing about this page is a slogan. These are the actual stages of a cealio reservation.

  1. 01

    Route, vehicle, fare

Enter pickup and drop-off, pick a vehicle class, and confirm the price before you pay. That amount is for this journey — not for a day of waiting, unless you booked hourly hire.

  2. 02

    People, flight, extras

Add who is travelling. If an airport is on the route, add the flight number. Optional extras (child seat, terminal meet & greet) are selected here, not assumed.

  3. 03

    Partner brief and pickup

A licensed local operator receives where, when, who, and how to present. You get confirmation in the booking. On the day, meet at the point described there — curb unless you added meet & greet.

Three handoffs

Checkout, assignment, pickup.

  • 01

    You lock the commercial bit

Route, class, extras, and payment happen before anyone is sent to pick you up.

  • 02

    We lock the operational bit

Assignment, briefing, and flight-aware timing are our job after checkout.

  • 03

You follow the booking on the day

Pickup point, contact, and updates are on the reservation — not a new set of instructions by SMS folklore.

After you book

The reservation is the source of truth.

Driver details, timing updates, and the receipt live on the booking — not in a chat thread you have to hunt for. If a flight moves, the booking is where we realign pickup.

FAQ

Booking questions

When does the price stop changing?
When you complete checkout. The confirmed fare is for the route and vehicle you selected, plus any extras you added.
Who actually drives?
A licensed local operator assigned after you book. cealio does not put a random curb tout on the job; the partner is briefed from your reservation.
Where do I stand at the airport?
Follow the pickup note on your booking. Standard airport transfers meet at the agreed exit or curb. Inside-arrivals collection is meet & greet — add it as an extra, or read that service page.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put the passenger’s name and phone on the booking so the partner knows who to look for.
