1. Parties
This Passenger Transport Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms applicable to chauffeur-driven passenger transport arranged through the cealio Platform operated by Tavaktech LTD (“cealio”), registered at Office 106, 9 Brewers Lane, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1HH, UK (Company No. 16563260). Contact: hello@cealio.com.
The "Passenger" means the traveler(s) named in the Booking and, where different, the Customer who made the Booking on their behalf. The physical transport is performed by an independent transportation service provider (“Carrier” / “TSP”) and its driver assigned to the Booking.
Unless otherwise stated, cealio and the Passenger are the parties for Platform arrangement purposes; the Carrier performs the road transport. References to “service” include both Platform arrangement and the transport claim facilitated for the Passenger’s benefit.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, and related add-ons (meet & greet, child seats, extra stops, etc.) booked via www.cealio.com, cealio apps, or authorized channels.
3. Service and payment information
3.1. The contract price is shown in the Booking confirmation and checkout summary, including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2. By confirming payment, the Passenger (or Customer) authorizes cealio and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the fare, approved extras, and lawful additional charges described herein and in the Purchase Agreement / Refund Policy.
3.3. Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax rules and the invoicing entity shown on the receipt.
4. General provisions
4.1 Compliance and safety
Passengers must comply with applicable law, including highway traffic rules, and must wear seat belts. Drivers may refuse to proceed if seat-belt rules are ignored. Passengers are responsible for their own valuables and for supervising minors.
4.2 Acceptance by payment
Completing payment or confirming a Booking constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Terms of Use, even if a wet-ink signature is not collected.
4.3 Booking lead times
Unless a different operational window is shown at checkout, standard Bookings should be placed with reasonable advance notice (typically at least several hours before pickup). On public holidays and peak periods, longer lead times may be required. Late Bookings are accepted only if a Carrier is available.
4.4 Route integrity
Passengers may not unilaterally change the agreed route. Intermediate stops or waiting beyond the package are subject to availability and additional charges. VIP / private transfers may allow additional stops if pre-booked or approved by operations and priced accordingly.
4.5 Vehicle allocation and insurance
cealio will arrange for a vehicle class suitable for the booked passenger count and stated luggage. Carriers must maintain vehicles with required insurance and safety equipment under applicable law. cealio does not guarantee a specific plate number or exact make/model within a class unless expressly confirmed.
cealio and/or the Carrier are not liable for every traffic accident or third-party event; mandatory liability rules and insurance regimes remain applicable. Passengers should report incidents immediately to the driver and to cealio support.
4.6 Passenger and luggage limits
Only the passenger count and luggage volume accepted at Booking (or later approved) may board. Excess passengers or oversized luggage may be refused. If the Passenger declines service for this reason after refusal of unsafe overload, the fare is generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
4.7 Identity and booking proof
Upon request, Passengers must present identification and Booking reference to the driver or greeter. Failure to do so may result in non-performance without refund, unless cealio can reasonably verify authorization (e.g. matching cardholder consent).
4.8 Lost property
cealio and Carriers are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Contact support promptly if an item is left behind. Recovery and delivery, if possible, may incur a fee. Found items are handled according to operational procedures and legal holding periods.
4.9 Prohibited items
Luggage may not contain explosives, illegal narcotics, hazardous chemicals, or other items prohibited by law. Discovery may lead to refusal of carriage and reporting to authorities. Passengers remain liable for resulting damages and fines.
Indicative standard allowance (unless a larger vehicle/extra luggage was booked): typically one cabin bag and one checked-size suitcase per adult within class limits. Exact limits depend on vehicle class shown at Booking.
4.10 Pets
Pets are accepted only if pre-declared at Booking and transported in a suitable secure carrier that does not endanger or unreasonably disturb others. Species, size, and carrier dimensions may be restricted. Undeclared pets may be refused without refund.
4.11 Passenger information and notifications
4.11.1 Booking details may be sent by email and/or SMS. Passengers are responsible for providing correct contact data.
4.11.2 For shared products (if offered), estimated pickup times may be communicated closer to travel. For private transfers, service follows the booked pickup time subject to the waiting rules below.
4.12 Pickup from address to airport / point-to-point
The allocated vehicle should be at the designated point at the scheduled time, subject to force majeure and extraordinary traffic. A delay of up to 20 minutes due to extraordinary conditions may be treated as reasonable. In gated communities, delays caused by security access are outside cealio’s control.
Passengers must be ready with luggage at the pickup point at the scheduled time. The vehicle will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (unless a different wait is included in the product). After that, the Booking may be treated as a no-show.
4.13 Airport pickups and flight tracking
Where a valid flight number is provided, cealio/Carrier will monitor flight status and adjust pickup within the product’s included wait time. If no flight number is provided, or waiting exceeds the included period (commonly up to 60 minutes after landing for private airport pickup products, unless otherwise stated), further waiting is not owed and additional charges or rebooking may apply.
Due to airport operations, meet points may require 10–20 minutes after the passenger becomes ready at the designated arrivals meeting point.
4.14 Operational failures
If a vehicle fails to perform due to Carrier/cealio operational fault, cealio will use reasonable efforts to send a replacement. Remedies for missed flights caused solely by proven defective performance may be limited as stated in the Booking materials / Refund Policy and will not exceed documented direct alternative transfer costs up to a stated cap communicated by support (and in any event subject to proof).
4.15 Driver assistance
Drivers are not obliged to leave the vehicle unattended to escort Passengers inside terminals or buildings, except where a paid meet & greet / greeter service is booked.
4.16 Minors
Children under 16 will not be transported without an accompanying adult or documented parental/guardian consent acceptable to operations.
4.17 Accessibility and wheelchairs
Wheelchair or accessibility needs must be declared at Booking. Failure to declare may result in inability to board; resulting delays are the Passenger’s responsibility unless cealio failed after a correct declaration.
4.18 Card issuer fees
Banks may charge foreign transaction or cash-advance-like fees; these are outside cealio’s control.
4.19 Seat belts and conduct
Seat-belt use is mandatory. Passengers must not consume alcohol or drugs in a manner that endangers the ride, distract the driver, smoke where prohibited, or harass others. Breach may lead to termination of the ride without refund.
4.20 In-vehicle cameras
Some vehicles may have inward/outward facing cameras for safety and dispute resolution. Recordings, where used, are retained for limited periods and handled under privacy rules. Passengers acknowledge such systems may be present.
5. Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellation rights, refund percentages, and exclusions (including no refund for completed / performed transfers) are set out in the Refund Policy and the cancellation policy attached to the Booking. If cancellation windows are missed, fees are non-refundable as stated there.
cealio may withhold or reverse suspicious payments pending verification (lost/stolen card, unauthorized use, etc.).
Conduct rules while traveling
- No alcohol/drug impairment that endangers safety
- Do not distract the driver
- Keep reasonable noise levels
- Respect other passengers
- Avoid eating that soils the vehicle unless agreed
- Wear seat belts
6. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İstanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
