Inside the terminal
Meet & greet is the inside-airport protocol: a name board in the hall, then a walk to the car. It is not the transfer fare, and it is not hourly hire. You still book an airport route; this is how you are collected after landing.
What this extra is
Reception is the hall. The transfer is the road.
Without meet & greet you leave baggage claim and go to the exit or curb written on the booking. With it, the driver comes into arrivals, holds a sign with the passenger name, and escorts you through the terminal to the vehicle. Families, first visits, late nights, and guests who should not hunt for a car park are why this extra exists.
When it is worth it
The sign shows the passenger name you enter at booking — including when you are collecting someone else.
You are not sent to find a parking bay alone. The driver stays with you from the hall to the car.
The meeting is inside, after landing. Flight details on the airport transfer are what make that possible.
How reception is set up
Choose airport and destination, then add meet & greet. This page does not replace the route.
Write the passenger name exactly as it should be read in the hall. The flight tells the driver when to be there.
After landing, follow the note on the booking. The driver comes to you in the hall; you do not search the forecourt.
What this is not
Meet & greet does not change the destination or the route fare. It changes where you first see the driver: inside arrivals, with a sign, instead of after you have already walked out.
